Grease is the word in Mountrath CS as this year’s Transition Year Students are getting ready to perform the school’s first ever musical.
Auditions began back in September where the cast members were wisely chosen under the direction of Paul Norton, Aiden Feely and Evelyn Geary.
Ever since the students have been busy rehearsing for the show with Paul (Director) and Julianne (Choreographer).
And now with the show on countdown all TY students are kept on their feet, from onstage lines and dances to offstage construction and preparation.
Grease the musical will take place on Thursday 5th, Friday 6th and Saturday 7th March 2020 at 7:30pm in St. Philomena’s Hall, Mountrath.
Tickets are available in the school office (057 8741080) and are priced at €15 per adult and €10 per child (anyone under 18).
